15 years ago Dennis helped us to buy the house and, having a very good expierence, it was natural for us to call him when we decided to sell it. A couple of hours later he came to hour place and, for next two months, he and Charlotte worked hard in a very professional still friendly way to promote the house, then to organize open house every Saturday, giving us very good feedback of what can be done to improve the prospect of selling it at a good price. Organizing an open house on the first Saturday of the year when majority of othere agencies were closed did pay off and, with his negotiating skils, he managed to get a better price for us.
