I’ll be blunt… I’ve bought and sold a few houses in my time and have never found it a pleasant exercise. Things always seem go wrong for me. I’ve also never really met a real estate agent who, after all things transpire, has impressed me enough to want to use again. Until now. Recently my wife and I engaged Dennis and his team at Elders Kings Langley to market and sell our Kings Langley home and this is the first time I can recall being totally satisfied with the support received. The market was buoyant when we sold, so we challenged Dennis to capitalise on this. He did not disappoint, after several offers and some serious negotiation, Dennis managed to achieve a sale that was almost 11% above our asking price in a very short space of time. Wow! But that’s not the only area where Dennis came through for us. Shortly after selling our home, the sale of a property that we were about to buy up the coast fell through and the agents involved totally abandoned us leaving us with virtually nowhere to live shortly. Despite where we were looking being completely of his area, Dennis came to our rescue and assisted us with researching potential alternative properties.
