When I met with Dennis for the first time I instantly felt at ease as he treats you like a friend and puts up no barrier between you and himself but at the same time was highly professional. I felt generally that the team from Belle were very warm and welcoming and had my property interests as a top priority.
Dennis was very patient with us while we decided on a final sale price. He kept us informed at all times of the progress of each open house, also kept an eye on the property for any maintenance issues. All in all he made the experience very easy for us.
