Dennis and Emily made our experience of selling house a very positive one. It should be said that we sold our house during a time when the market was very dicey and clearance rates were abysmally low. In such a climate, as vendors, we needed confidence from the agent and reassurance that they were across the happenings in the market and were well versed on what 'the market price' of the property was. We feel Dennis and Emily delivered on all of that. In fact, our confidence grew as we approached auction day. Given the market sentiments, we didn't have throngs of buyers coming through the open houses, however the ones that did got the highest attention from Dennis and Emily.They very accurately predicted who would be bidding on auction day and who would even turn up on auction day. They knew the buyers inside out. What did that mean to us? It meant that we were very realistic with our reserve and pegged it to the market. As predicted, the expected buyers did turn up at the auction and they did bid and we got our reserve. There was no pumping up expectations hence no disappointment on auction day. Communication with them was very easy. They were always available and respected you as their clients. They were very professional and never bagged other agents. It was always about what they can do and not what the others cant do. I must say our neighbours were very impressed with the conduct of the auction.
