Right from the start of the process, Dennis made a good first impression - professional, friendly, patient and polite. Despite us ‘taking our time’ at the open for inspections, Dennis never made us feel rushed. He was responsive when we had questions and took the time to advise to put us at ease concerning the ‘in room’ auction process, that we were somewhat nervous initially. Overall Dennis, personified service, professionalism, and was extremely genuine in his dealings with us through the whole process. Even when we picked up the keys!

We thought we had picked a winner with Dennis, but lived to regret our decision. He presents as a friendly, organised and attentive agent, however when it came to converting interest into offers, Dennis failed to deliver. We had above average interest in our property, but it was only when we gave Dennis a kick up the pants that he really put the effort in to generate offers. He seemed to spend more time pressuring us to drop the price than he did following up buyers. In discussions, Dennis makes a lot of excuses for his performance, talks around direct questions and consistently interrupts and talks over you, especially if you're a woman. Would not use him again.
