I picked up an investment property a couple of hours before a flight overseas. The house was only on the market for a day or two so we had to be real quick about inspecting the place. Dennis got me in the next day. During the inspection, I really grilled him about the house and he was a real straight shooter about it. I knew after a minute I could trust this guy. There was no CoS yet, but Dennis was quick to arrange an intention to purchase form. That afternoon, pricing negotiations went real quick and within a hour or two the vendors had signed the form. Dennis worked close to midnight to get this done and I was kept in the loop the entire time while packing for the trip. While overseas, Dennis kept me up to speed with what was going on back home with the CoS. I also had plenty of questions for him and he managed my expectations and responded to all my enquiries like a real client-oriented pro should - as quickly as possible. At one point, I asked him to arrange for the vendors to lease out the house after a shorter settlement date and he prepared everything in a couple of hours (including notifying the vendors and arranging the relevant documents). I changed my mind the next day and he was super patient with it all. I felt very comfortable knowing I could ask him any question or do anything for me and he would deliver.
