Presents well but disappointing overall
We thought we had picked a winner with Dennis, but lived to regret our decision. He presents as a friendly, organised and attentive agent, however when it came to converting interest into offers, Dennis failed to deliver. We had above average interest in our property, but it was only when we gave Dennis a kick up the pants that he really put the effort in to generate offers. He seemed to spend more time pressuring us to drop the price than he did following up buyers. In discussions, Dennis makes a lot of excuses for his performance, talks around direct questions and consistently interrupts and talks over you, especially if you're a woman. Would not use him again.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. I am disappointed to hear that you feel this way, as this is the first time you have raised any concerns with me or my office and up until now, we were under the impression that you were happy with the work we had done on your behalf. We take part in NPS surveys and send vendor questionnaires after all sales to seek honest feedback, so to see your feedback first on an open forum before we have the opportunity to remedy or rectify any concerns is also disappointing. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you further if you have the time and a sorry that you feel I have let you down. I take the responsibility of each sale very seriously and highly value the trust of each one of my vendors, past or present.
