We have used Dennis to sell three properties. For each of these sales, Dennis has been the consummate professional. We especially grateful for his exceptional attention to detail. For all of our sales, we have received well beyond what we expected. Dennis sage advice and ability to keep us informed has been second to none. We feel the way our homes were marketed made a significant difference in getting the prices we did. Dennis is relentless in getting the most out of buyers!!! That is no more apparent then when it took half an hour to complete our auction! It's not only been the prices he got, its all the other things too like holding our conveyer accountable and ensuring the contracts were valid. I could not recommend Denis highly enough.
