Having made long-term plans to ‘down-size’ at some later stage, I had been looking online at a range of properties for future possibilities. As first home buyers spending every weekend for the past three months dealing with multiple agents, it was refreshing to come across Team Tana who were capable of treating us like people and not just a dollar sign. As most buyers do, you have your price limits, but a lot of agents don't respect this give you the 'standard industry replies' to keep you interested to help drive up their auction. We felt Team Tana took an interest in our position by having a chat with us and listening to what we were saying. We were impressed that they kept us informed of every change in the circumstance (we didn't have to chase them!) and ultimately we are very grateful that they were able to get us what we were looking for.
