I would recommend Dennis van Reyk without hesitation, Dennis was a pleasure to do business with, we found him to be very professional, honest and friendly. We are in Melbourne and the communication was excellent, he kept us informed all the way through sale.
Experienced, Friendly, Professional and all the contacts to help us realise our dream. Dennis was quick and flexible in helping us view the property twice in two days. We only had a day and a half left in Bairnsdale once we found it. He was fine with us having a long inspection. This gave us plenty of time, with no pressure, to decide if the property was right for us. Then he showed us some of the key sights and amenities in the area, as we were unfamiliar with it. For the second viewing he organised a tradesman to help us with some questions we had about logistics with regards to putting in a bore. We highly recommend Dennis to help you find your dream home in the East Gippsland region.
Selling ones home is a big step. Dennis impressed us with his understanding of the potential of our property and knowledge of the market in general. His perception and sensitive intuition made the process of selling our home a positive experience.
Dennis was friendly helpful and very professional. I felt in good hands and I am very happy with my purchase.
Dennis was superb when it came to selling our home. Extremely helpful from the beginning and always able to take a call or provide some advice. I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone looking to sell and would definitely use him again
Dennis is a consummate (and importantly) honest professional who assisted Catherine and I in our investment property purchase. From the outset Dennis made us feel comfortable - his honesty and integrity are certainly pillars of the Dennis Van Reyk experience. Catherine and I will certainly be engaging Dennis when searching for our next property. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Dennis was a joy and pleasure to work with. He was proffesionalin every aspect and helpful to no end .Would most certainly recommend him.
We had a great result with selling our house and would highly recommend Dennis to others.
We came here from Warburton and being so far from the property it was hard get a handover. The day we moved in Dennis arrived before the removal men and just helped with setting up things for us. While I was busy with other stuff he set up the wifi and saved us so much time and stress. We had to ring him a couple of times over the next couple of days and each time he was there in a heartbeat to help.
Dennis gives down to earth honest advice when preparing your home for a sale, he doesn’t waste your time at all. Within 3 weeks our house was off the market with asking price achieved. He doesn’t stop there, Dennis has supported the sale process and kept up contact - we highly recommend van Reyk Real estate!
Dennis has a good knowledge of the area. He is prompt and always on time. Very understanding of needs and will help in any way required.
We found Dennis to be very good to deal with even coming from a buyers perspective. Dennis is very knowledgeable and nothing was too hard even after numerous long distance phone calls. After moving to Bairnsdale before settlement Dennis went out of his way to find us temporary accommodation until we could move in. We would definitely recommend Dennis to anyone.
