He was willing to assist me in selling the property effectively remotely, going out of his way to allow me to get a key to him that was necessary to facilitate inspections. Further to that, Dennis was able to clearly advise me on reasonable price brackets to list at and how to intelligently lower the listing price to facilitate a quick sale and respond to the market conditions. Overall, great dealing with Dennis, felt good to support someone local in the community running his own business rather than one of the bigger RE franchises and got a price I was happy with, thanks mate!
