My wife and I are investors, and have bought and sold on numerous occasions over the years. When selling, most people would expect the agent to be really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. However when buying, we often find that agents are more interested in themselves getting the sale, than in helping the buyer. Dennisey is very different!
