Great at following up!

We chose to go with Denver because of how well he followed us up when he showed us another property when we were looking to buy. We didn’t end up buying that place but got Denver to sell our place when we were ready. When I originally said we weren’t interested in the place he’d shown us, he asked what were after and repeatedly sent through listings for properties that met our needs, didn’t just put us on a mailing list. Easy to deal with, friendly as, and actually follows people up. You might be surprised how many agents seem to sit around waiting for buyers to call them or take no for an answer.
