Did what they could given circumstances. We recently purchased a property through Century 21. Whilst the circumstances around the property and purchase itself were unique and difficult (due to most things being beyond Century21's control). Dereck Walker & Clinton Knop tried their best in an attempt to ensure our experience of purchasing wasn't an entirely bad one.

Derek was always motivated to make the sale of our property. His effort was relentless and welcomed his experienced his motivation and drive. Even when working with very difficult prospective buyers (some who are very unreasonable and demanding), Derek keeps his cool to facilitate progress. For those type of prospective buyers I would say Derek, dont take it personal because life has a way to sort that type of behaviour out over time :).
