Don't really feel like Derek fought for the price we wanted.

Have just finalised house purchase with Baston & Co. Property and would definitely use their services in future if the occasion arises. The team went above and beyond when it came to helping and assisting us (new to the WA market) with the legal and government requirements, kept myself and wife up to date with regular communication and also found the time to answer any of our questions in a timely and prompt manner. Would not hesitate in referencing Boston & Co to others looking for a reliable provider in the housing market,

A big thank you to Derek and the team for their assistance with our first house purchase. Excellent communication, personable approach and great follow up. We had a fantastic experience and would fully recommend Baston & Co. to our friends and family.

We are very happy with the level of service provided by Derek in the recent sale of our block of land in Victoria Park.

We were absolutely delighted with Baston & Co's work in selling our house - and in six weeks! They were very clear about the problems of selling in Perth at this time, but also positive about specific possibilities - and it was so good to have a Vic Park dweller who knows and loves the area. Baston & Co. Property was very easy to deal with when purchasing a property. Derek and Symone new the local area in regard to property prices and local government. Derek knew a lot about older buildings and had some good advice. Derek clinched the sale of the property very quickly between the seller and myself. I can recommend Baston & Co as a quality Real Estate agency.

Normally you take the good with the bad but there was nothing bad about Baston & Co. Upfront and honest so there were no surprises with the property. Derek and Symone were available to answer any questions I had and quick to phone back if I couldn't reach them. It was nice to deal with "real people" and not be on the end of a sales pitch. Highly recommended.

The team (and they are a true team) provided outstanding service when we were selling our house in East Victoria Park. From our initial consult to when we accepted a buyer's offer we were confident that we had engaged the right 'local' team. We were provided with tips about how to prepare the house, and when to list (taking into account impact of school holidays and other local processes) . Within a few weeks of listing we secured a sale for our house. We have since learnt the buyer is happy with their dealings with Baston and Co as are we.... so a win win. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Baston and Co, friendly, professional and on time every time.

Derek was very obliging in his availability and helpful with his knowledge of the area and his outwardly happy demeanour made purchasing a house easy and enjoyable. Thankyou

From the initial appraisal right through to settlement, Derek Baston and his team were thoroughly professional, helpful, personable and efficient in securing the sale of our house. Thanks to their excellent marketing campaign, the property was sold after only one home-open. Their ongoing follow-up and assistance resulted in a stress-free experience.

I worked closely with Derek when buying my first home in Victoria park. With no experience in the housing market I sat down with Derek and he guided me through the buying process step by step, giving me confidence and pointing out the things to look for. Thanks to him I had a seemless negotiation with the seller and I was settled in no time. I would highly recommend baston&co for your realestate needs.
