Great salesman with thorough knowledge of the property and helpful to buyers

It was always a pleasure to visit a property which Derek was selling. He was extremely engaging but he had a thorough knowledge of the property and such odd ball things as the CCTV and solar panels and which neighbour was cutting the lawn and he helped us with our queries both before and after the sale. He had advised the seller to sell by closed tender and, to our dismay as buyers, this produced the best possible (but we think a fair) result for the seller.
