Derek helped the reviewer sell this property

Smooth process from start to finish

I have known Derek for over 10 years and he has always assisting us with providing honest and frank property advice and assistance. The whole process of Baston & Co selling this property was easy, smooth and transparent. We have found other agents tend to over value properties just to try and get a listing. Derek's strategy aligned with ours in that the seller should not set the sale price, get buyers in the door and let them set the sale price. Its a simple strategy and its worked for us selling properties for over 25 years. I would highly recommend Derek and his team from Baston and Co if selling a property in Victoria Park.
