Derek from Upside managed my sale from advertising and the open for inspections right through to negotiating with buyers. Their fee is $7,500, with $1,900 paid upfront and I didn’t have to pay the balance until my house was sold. They also have an online platform that gave me a live view of buyer interest, enquiries and offers. Being able to see all of this made me feel so much more in control of the process. I was really impressed that Upside offers more than I would expect from a real estate agent but for a much lower fee.
