Seville Grove 3 x 1 House. When looking to sell our house we contacted several local estate agents. After meeting with them all, Derek from O’Neil Real Estate was by far the stand out candidate. From the first moment we met Derek, he made my wife and I feel at ease. We were confident we were making the correct decision. Derek clearly explained the selling process, how they would market the house and the fee’s involved. He also gave excellent tips in preparing the home in order to achieve the best possible price. The professional photographer used by O’Neil Real Estate was fantastic; he is not a point and shoot photographer but someone who will take the time to get the best shots. This was evident in the results as our home looked amazing in the photos. We had our photos taken on the Monday with house going on the market on the Tuesday and the first home open was scheduled for the coming Saturday. However after being on the market for only one day, on the Wednesday we received a call from Derek to say he had several parties interested and could he show the home that evening. That evening we returned home to find Derek had received two offers for over the asking price. We accepted one of the offers and within 8 weeks a hassle free settlement was completed.
