Derek valued our property and stated an amount that it was worth. I expressed doubt that it would attain that figure but less than 24hrs after listing we were signing a contract. His understanding of the market was exemplary. The only negative I have is that he suggested I buy a Ducati scrambler instead of a Royal Enfield Interceptor.? Would love to have him handling any further properties I may wish to sell.
