When we first talked about listing our home for sale we were overwhelmed at the thought of selecting an agent to represent us who would really commit to achieving the best outcome but equally as important, to be honest and an efficient communicator. Derek is all of these things and more. He has great local market knowledge and nothing is ever too much trouble. We initially made a plan to list our house early in the week with a view for inspections to commence on the weekend, but when I had to delay photos until the Wednesday I relaxed thinking we had another week up our sleeves. Not Derek though! He expedited the photos and listed our home for sale late Thursday afternoon and COVID safe private inspections commenced from 1pm Friday and again on Saturday. By 3pm Saturday our house was under contract way above the listed price range and exceeding our expectations! To say we are thrilled with the outcome would be a significant understatement.
