We met Derek 4 years ago when he came to give us an appraisal. Life happened and we were not ready to sell. When we called him again he remembered us, our story and our home and made plans to come and discuss now that we were REALLY ready to sell. He had great knowledge of the current market, the suburb and the strategy to get our house sold. He warned us it would sell quickly and that it did.
