Great Sales Agent. Derek delivers on what his words and doesn't muck around. Unlike other agents (no names or business mentioned), that makes false promises and haggles me to drop my price for a quick sale. Derek is the 3rd agent to attempt to sell my property. I had 3 meetings with 3 agents, i did not choose Derek at first because he came across very cocky and confident. After 2 selling agents couldn't sell my property, Derek stepped in at the end and sold the property. I must say, Derek has bragging rights to be cocky - Because when he said he'll sell it, He means he will sell it.
