We decided to proceed with Derek as our agent as we felt he was the most knowledgeable, transparent and confident in attaining the price we were chasing. He backed up his opinions with data and took into account our property and specific features it offered. A very fast and positive process from start to finish, with clear communication along the way. 100% would recommend Z Realty and Derek to other sellers looking for an honest and easy service.

Dealing with Derek was a breath of fresh air after we spent half a year searching for a home for our family, exhausted from dealing with evasive & deceptive agents over and over. From start to finish he enabled effective communication between all parties, provided realistic, truthful information and feedback. Made it all seem much less stressful and made us feel valued as the purchaser. Great experience
