Derick was warm and welcoming with a knowledge of current market trend. He listened to what we felt were the best attributes of the property and helped us to get the best price for our short time frame. Derick communicated with us every step of the way and kept us informed with feedback from potential buyers so we could make our own decision. We never felt pressured to accept any offer and worked with us to get the price we wanted. Very professional. We would recommend him. Verified on realestate.com.au
Have teamed up with Derick for another big decision to sell our family home in Canning Vale. We sold our first home with Derick over 20 years ago and he never fails to show a genuine care for you and the journey you have been on to decide to sell your home. It's this care he brings to every discussion, every home open and to your potential purchaser. Look forward to working with Derick again. Verified on realestate.com.au

Derick is a true professional and all-round top-notch agent. Again, I was blown away by how quick the property sold and what was achieved. When Derick says he is going to do something; it just all happens in what seems a blink of an eye. Appraisal one day, photos the next, sign board up and 3 home opens, then multiple offers received, all in a week. I know the market is hot, but Derick just has a commitment to his clients that I believe would be hard to beat. Anyone looking for a dedicated, approachable and reliable agent to sell their home, then do yourself a favour and call Derick Pitt | Thrive Real Estate.
We were really happy with the presentation of our house. The friendly, professional manner in which Derick handled the “Home Opens” made the sale easy for us, so thanks Derick.😀
Derick was constant in his attention to the selling of our home. At all times he kept us informed and was professional throughout. During the actual sale he helped us navigate the various steps required.
Our second time selling with Derick. His market knowledge coupled with excellent marketing and media strategy makes him hands down second to none in the industry. From the outset you know you are in safe hands with Derick. He has a great team of professional operators for all facets of the sale. Another great experience of selling our home.
What Derick suggested as to our approach to the selling of our property was factual and clearly marked related…. He delivered !!!
