Derick helped the reviewer sell this property

I have one four syllable word - Professional

We bought the house through Derick and 3.5 years later we sold it through Derick. So I can write as a buyer and a seller. In both cases, it was professionally handled and I felt the price in both instances was fair to both parties. The time to get everything done and dusted was quick considering all the finance and paperwork that needs attention. I would not hesitate to once again deal with Derick.
