Deron helped the reviewer sell this property

Highly organized real estate agent who lifts the burdens of the property sale from the owner

It is clear why Deron is the number one agent in the Kenmore area where we have sold our property. Deron is a strong communicator, is highly organized around the whole process including the pre-sale work to get property ready. Deron's team managed all the tasks to get the property in shape in a timely manner which meant we got the property to listing stage ahead of schedule and ultimately sold. The way Deron kept us up to date, managing the various offers and keeping the ultimate price moving was great, as was his communication around the market. I highly recommend Deron to sell your property. He will get you the best result possible.
