Derrick was professional, a great communicator, and set realistic expectations. It meant the transaction took very little input from me - I'd use him again!

Derrick is a fantastic real estate agent as his knowledge, professionalism and communication really helped us in buying our first home. His customer management skills ironed out all the necessary steps in the process of buying. Derrick provided plenty of details on the properties and options on small renovations to add that personal touch which helped us greatly while looking for a first home. We would recommend anyone to Derrick as he made the entire process clear, exciting and Educational!

Derrick was amazing throughout the entire buying process. His insights about the area were incredibly helpful and he was genuinely supportive every step of the way. Thanks again!

Derrick is easy to deal with and very knowledgeable, look forward to working with you again.

As a buyer he was the most honest agent we’ve had the pleasure to work with. Made everything smooth and had clear communication. Would work with him again.

Derrick was extremely educated and professional while selling my house laying out the options and making sure I understood the process as well as getting a good price for my property. Thank you.

We cannot thank Derrick and his team enough for how easy they made it to sell our house. We had a fairly complex situation that required a lot of time and effort from Derrick and he continued over and over again to go above and beyond what we expected! Nothing was too much hassle, they were super efficient and so easy to deal with! It was a breath of fresh air! I can not recommend Derrick’s team enough, they deserve more than 5 star’s, Thanks again.

We sold our house in a couple weeks from going on to the market. However with tenants there we had to bring the property to the market expectations. Derrick with his in deep salesman knowledge and experience was also an invaluable project manager to get everything done. Derrick not once but on all occasions exceeded our expectations. If you want to sale your property with minimum fuss and reasonably quick even over the Christmas break talk to number 1 salesman in Crestmead.

Derrick is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and honest. He showed a genuine interest in helping us get into the market! Derrick always got back to us with updates throughout the process. I would highly recommend Derrick and his team if you are looking at buying your first home or an investment.

Derrick was so good he made the whole process very calming for me. He was always available to answer any questions I had and was always on site when necessary. The schedule he outline for me was met ahead of time and the price he obtained was far above my expectations. The settlement went smoothly and on schedule. I would like to say Derrick is a genuine person and a true professional in every way his calmness made me feel very certain and confident that he would achieved an early sale on schedule.

Derrick was an absolute pleasure to work with, probably the best agent I have had with selling homes. His knowledge of the area, connections with local businesses to acquire trades on the spot for repair work and his relaxed approachable attitude made it extremely easy to get everything done in a relaxed manor. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help.

In the real estate industry where at times it can be difficult to navigate between individuals who may not have your best interest at heart. I am fortunate that I didn’t listen to another agent bad mouth Derrick. Derrick’s success in the industry has lead to jealousy amongst fellow competitive real estate agents and if I had listened to another agents lies I would have missed out on such a pleasant dealing and desired result. I am planning to engage again and would recommend!
