At our first meeting, Derek brought along reports showing market activity in the local area, provided strategies around price points and positioning, and highlighted areas of my house that may need review to either maximise our selling price, increase the appeal of the property, and avoid any negative building and/or pest inspection findings. Derek sold our house in the first week, ACHIEVED A STREET RECORD PRICE, and I now have the money in the bank. That's about as good as it gets.
