Whole experience was genuinely great. Any answer I that I needed were either answered immediately or Derrick found out for me quickly and helped me. He was super polite and great at making sure I knew everything I needed to know since I am a first time homebuyer and it was all very overwhelming for me and there was lots of unknown areas. He made it a very smooth and comfortable transition!
