She would also report on other open inspections within her company in the same area which was a good gauge on how the market was performing at that time. After we accepted an offer Desiree suggested we still continue with the open inspections just in case this offer fell through which it did . Desiree was able to negotiate with the purchase ser to get to our desired sale price after one of these open inspections
