This was an unprofessional organisation. Agents had somewhat sloppy presentation, generally unprofessional demeanor, information not communicated clearly and there were times when the receptionist had to do things on my behalf that really should have been the real estate agent's responsibility. By no means am I blaming the receptionist though.
