Selling my home was a very big decision for me and a lot was depending of not making any mistakes in this. Started with some really big names in google search, talked to them, felt like just a chore to some agents. Realised that for me getting the right price is the only thing that would have saved me from financial ruin. But for some big agents only thing that mattered was number of sales since they made money by selling lot of properties even if it is getting undersold. An ex-neighbour who sold her house through Dewi recommended her and I cannot appreciate Dewi enough. She was always with us on every step. May it be explaining the process and timelines or may it be recommending solicitors or tradespeople or even shops. I had several conversations with Dewi prior to engaging her and I was impressed with the evident loyalty towards her clients. She came across as a person who really cares and does her utmost to get the best result. My subsequent experience bore out those impressions.
