Was great to deal with Mandeep when purchasing our property at Rochedale South. Mandeep was respectful of our situation and always responsive when I had questions. His professional and reassuring approach really helped when making such a big purchase decision.
Our dealings with Belle have been wonderful. They had a great understanding of our needs. Selling our home at this stage of our life was a daunting experience but Mandeep was sympathetic to this. Communication was absolutely perfect, being kept informed of what is happening is very important. We felt looked after. All the staff were approachable, big shout out to Steph too. Great experience.
Mandeep Singh is a gem!! After meeting a few agents, we knew straight away we wanted to go with Mandeep & his team we couldn't have been happier. His end-to-end service through the selling process is absolutely exceptional. He kept us well informed every step of the way & never seemed bothered by our millions of questions. We are forever grateful for your honest & committed service
Mandeep is professional in real estate business. He is efficient and helpful during the purchase process.
Mandeep is professional but in a caring way so as not to make you feel like "just another sale". The whole team is to be commended on the entire process from first engagement to ultimate sale and we all Thank You!
Belle Property have been professional, polite and efficient with every step of our sale.
Very professional and polite, can't find any better.
Mandeep and his team were a delight to deal with in selling my home. They were very professional and provided great feedback. It was easy to communicate with them and the whole process was dealt with in a caring manner. I would recommend Mandeep to anyone who wants to sell in the Rochedale Sth local area.
Mandeep is very efficient and professional. He pretty hard working. Thanks Mandeep to help me to get the property.
A special thank you to Mandeep and Stephanie. They had good communication and knowledgable of the house and area. They were friendly and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would recommend these agents at Belle Property. Holly
Mandeep and his team were professional and good to work with. They got on the front foot with a lot of open homes early. At one point we were encouraged by him to accept an offer that was much less than we had hoped for (being told that he didn't think there would be any better offers), and we signed that contract but it fell through due to building inspection and we eventually sold for significantly higher than that first contract, so we weren't thrilled with that initial advice to sign the first lower contract. But overall we would happily recommend for others to work with Mandeep and his team.
Mandeep Singh
