My wife and I bought a new property to upgrade and needed to sell our house quick and at a good price. Mandeep sold a similar type property in our suburb late last year and set the benchmark for other similar subsequent sales. During his pitch, Mandeep explained his Plan A, B and C and impressed with me with 2 statistics, "time on market" and "Profit above vendor's expectations." He was very methodical in his approach and had first class presentation skills. After appointing him our agent, he immediately, start with an off the market plan, where approximately 7 people through! We had an offers, but decided to go to market. Over 25 people turned up on that Saturday when we had the first official open house! Mandeep and his team were buzzing with energy on the open home on the Saturday. The house went under contract the same night. Unfortunately, the buyers were absolute timewasters and rescinded afterwards. SEVEN DAYS later, Mandeep found us another buyer and the house went under contract again! Unbelievable! He is tenacious, honest, strategic and charismatic.
