We regret the day we let him into our house. A house we loved. Once the agreement was signed he did not try and meet any of our expectations, lied to us including showing us text messages claiming they were from the buyers that were fabricated. Only has his own interests at heart. Don't be fooled...avoid at all costs.

The photos taken were quite outstanding in both quality and composition. They also caught the vibe of the house and environs, eg creating the impression that people had just got up from the dinner table or a deck gathering even though no persons present in photos.
