From our first meeting Dhaval had already gone above and beyond to ensure I was able to view the property I later purchased, for all he new I could have been a absolute time waster however he still went out of his way to get me through the property. If the shoe was on the other foot and I was the vendor of this property i could not expect any more from any one. Through out this whole process I felt as he was working for both me the purchaser and the vendor compared to my other property purchases were I felt I was on the other side and not given all the facts and possible problems ahead. Dhaval was straight forward he gave me a informed choice of what I was purchasing, he then helped with a over complicated contract and navigated between me and the vendor and to put us all on the same page that we were on but drifting apart on over the Christmas break due to simple negotiations not being properly communicated, this is we’re he shined. We are only here today in our new home in Rock bank Because of him otherwise I’d still be searching the market not relaxing in my home..
