Many thanks to Dhi and his team for their hard work and dedication. We successfully purchased a property that we truly love and completed the settlement smoothly. From the very first meeting, Dhi impressed us with his professionalism and enthusiasm. He communicated with the seller efficiently throughout the offer and contract negotiation process, helping both parties quickly reach an agreement. The settlement was completed without any issues. In the future, whether buying or selling a property, Dhi will be our first choice, and I would be more than happy to recommend him to my friends. We look forward to the opportunity to work together again.

I was very happy with the service provided by Dhi, when I purchased. I especially appreciate that even after settlement he has helped with a few things. I would recommend.

Dhi was professional, responsive, and made my home purchase smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We recently bought a house through Dhi and had a really positive experience. He was easy to deal with, responsive, and helped make the process straightforward. We appreciated the clear communication and support along the way. We'd be happy to recommend him to others looking to buy.

We were privileged to have Dhi sell our house. It was an off-market opportunity and Dhi was proactive in getting people through to have a look. In no time at all, we were under contract, immediately after a viewing. Dhi worked tirelessly to make it happen for us. Couldn't recommend a harder working and passionate individual to work with. Highly recommend!

Dhi was extremely professional. He took care of everything for me and made the process of selling my property a very smooth one. He really went above and beyond what I expected and helped organise all aspects.

We have known Dhi for few years & seen his progress in the real estate career. When ready to sell he was our first choice & honestly the best choice. Got the estate record price in under 30 days Thank you very much Will use again everytime

Great experience using Dhi from Ivy Realty We met him at an open home, we didn't end up buying that but loved his energy and professionalism. We ended up using him sell our investment which he did in 1 week while the other units in the complex has taken much longer. Thank you Highly recommended

Dhi helped us in selling our previous house as well as buying our new home. Because the whole process of selling our house was smooth and stress free and Dhi always kept us well informed we decided to use Dhi’s advice and expertise to find our new home as well. Trying to find your dream home is never an easy task but Dhi with his positive attitude, knowledge of the market and understanding of our needs as buyers has make the house hunting “experience” an easy task. Thanks for your supper Dhi.

Dhi went above and beyond trying to sell my property to make it as smooth as possible. His professionalism is unmatched and he knows what he’s talking about. Makes you feel top priority. 10/10

We had no hesitation in choosing Dhi from Ivy Realty, after doing our research on the market performance of the company and in particular, Dhi. Dhi’s sales success in Hope Island, and surrounding suburbs, gave us the confidence that we had chosen the agent that would sell our property. Dhi’s local market knowledge, marketing expertise, and his friendly calming persona, enabled Dhi to remove any stress or anxiety over selling our property. We were going overseas for 3 weeks holiday, and felt very comfortable leaving Dhi to do what he does best, sell homes. During our holiday abroad, Dhi contacted us to inform us that he had received an offer from a very keen buyer. Within 2 hours, we had our property sold. We were very happy with the result, as we had an unconditional sale secured in 28 days, from the listing date. My wife and I thoroughly recommend Dhi from Ivy Realty, his dedication and determination to provide outstanding service to his clients, is second to none!

Dhi went above and beyond to sell our property. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend his services.
