Not too professional. Asking to store the buyer’s belongings in our garage for a day before settlement day. This approach is not to be agreed to, as suggested by out lawyer due to security purpose and liability matter. The same approach was also asked to by this agent to other seller that we know. If someone doesn’t mind it then it should be fine to list the house with this agent, but it doesn’t work for us unfortunately.
