As purchasers we mainly interacted with Ellen (who works to Di and Zac). We found Ellen to be articulate, businesslike (ie she is approachable, engages, is responsive and efficient) and effective. Her manner was friendly but at the same time appropriately professional.

Fantastic service was received throughout during the sale of our property in Shelley, first time sellers in the property market and received the best possible service one could ask for. Communication, professionalism, respect and a sound knowledge of the process. About four years ago, I requested an appraisal by Pulse and met with Di Addenbrooke, we walked through the property and I said Di we want you to sell this property for us. We received a letter soon after advising us, after careful analysis of comparable sales and properties currently in the market the property should sell between $690.000 to $720.000 depending on market conditions at the time of selling, that was in March, 2017. Fast forward to January, 2021 our house was in the market and up For Sale, after renovation inside and outside, the house looked really good online after the photo shoot. My dealings with Di & team were in purchasing a home. I found them very pleasant to deal with and have excellent local knowledge in the Rossmoyne area. Only minor feedback for the team is we had a few hiccups with the electronic signing of the contracts. It was sorted out very quickly.
