As far as I am concerned, there is only one agent for the Shelley/Rossmoyne area whom I would work with to sell a property in this area. Di works for the seller and will work with the owner to get the best possible price in the existing market. Sellers do however need to be realistic in order to achieve a good outcome. Di is knowledgeable about the area and as a seller, it was a stress free process and Di gave us the results that we were looking for.

The communication from Pulse was very good before settlement. However, after settlement I discovered that some of the information I was given was not fully correct. I am very disappointed to have to rectify some household systems so that they are in good working order.
