He was at best, totally useless. He arrived late, had no idea what he was selling. After spending some time in the toilet, while a number of attendees left, he asked for a pamphlet, muttered to himself - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms......then proceeded to attract one bidder. I got my minimum price despite him.

As you can see by the number of stars above, we were very happy with the outcome of the sale. Di was always happy and ready to answer any question we had, at any time whether at the house, on the phone, or via e-mail.

We engaged Di Burcham as our real estate agent to sell our unit from a recommendation made by another happy vendor. From the outset Di was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable.
