10 May 2018 When it came time to sell our home we had no hesitation engaging Michelle Percival and Di Calder. Their great reputation precedes them. From the moment we signed the Listing Agreement to signing the Sales Contract with the buyers,all in a matter of a few weeks our feet never touched the ground . There was a professional photographer, videographer and a drone operator all to showcase our home through multiple media outlets. A designer to help stage our home to increase the appeal to a larger group of potemtial buyers and twice a week morning and twilight open house inspections.
