Di is a very experienced professional, from the moment of first consult till the formal exchange of contract. At time of this review, the contract had just exchanged, however, knowing how Di operates, we are certain she will be with us until the end. Our first contact with Di was in 2016 when we purchased the investment property from her. She kept us updated at every stage, even sent us a bottle of champagne after settlement. That was impressive, that she thanked us, even after the event. No one had done this before, and we have bought and sold with other agents over the years. Her etiquette, professionalism, commitment and knowledge of the housing market are the reasons we turned to her some 9 years later to sell the same property that we bought from her. Being from interstate, Di was a definite asset as an agent.
