Di is the best agent I have ever dealt with for both the purchase and sale of properties. Having just purchased a property through Di, I decided that her expert knowledge of the East Port Macquarie area was ideal for the sale of my old unit. Di's advice in helping how to prepare the unit for sale and the price range was ideal, I easily got what I was after. I was able to get a sale within 2 weeks of going on the market and the sale was settled within about 4 weeks of the offer being accepting from our purchaser. Di acted as a great conduit with the purchaser during the entire sale period and without doubt helped expedite the process. In my opinion, Di is the best agent in Port Macquarie and I would not hesitate to recommend her and the entire Percival team to anyone.
