Genuine and supportive!
Di was aware that this was out first purchase and we felt overwhelmed with the process. She was very supportive and explained things in a language we could understand. She kept us up to date but did not overwhelm us with phone calls and information. Overall it was a pleasing experience and no where near as scary as it could have been due to Di's professionalism.
