Everything went through okay. We did have some problems with the legal side of things but Di was able work through it all and sort it out.
We were very lucky to have dealt with Di Ewen, right from the very beginning as our contact was by phone only and Di was so honest about the condition of the home it was if we had visited the home as she pointed out all the areas that needed work, and when we settled and Di continued to let us know what work was needed as she handed over the keys we were not shocked at all as her description of the condition was spot on what a pleasure dealing with Di and her office I recommend her Highly not only that but trust was evident from the start. Di recommended the most pleasurable building inspector and pest inspector was a dream dealing with, its as if she was a member of our family taking our interest with respect and complete honesty.
