In our experience, Di had a very “Mum” type approach to her position. We were first home buyers, who’d only ever rented near-new apartments, so we did have very high expectations despite our budget… However, after 175802741 inspections, several eloquently delivered reality checks, Di got us into our first home in a process that we would consider seamless! She could’ve very easily taken advantage of our inexperience to benefit the seller, which we had encountered with another agent, but she remained partial the entire time and made sure that both parties were happy in the deal. We later learned that Di also got my Aunty and Uncle into their beautiful home, and they couldn’t speak highly enough of her! I mention this because they aren’t tech savvy, and wouldn’t have left any feedback. If we were to ever buy an investment, which we’ve seriously considered given the market, we wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else :)
