Since 2013/4 may late husband and I were attached to First National and at times I've tested the market with Di. The housing climate has always been negative and she advised me on what I could do in this situation. I only received a sale of $175k for the investment property extremely low and I suffered a hefty loss through it. This was no fault of Di's and just the housing climate status of the times.
