Di helped the reviewer sell this property

Great Negotiator and Organiser

Di was great to work with, managed everyone's expectations, and negotiated effectively between the buyers and us. Kept the tenants on side, helped manage the property inspection report, and met the property inspector on site to ensure all maintenance issues were fixed ASAP and reduce buyer friction. Helped organise maintenance work with local tradies and dealt with the external property manager. Well done, Di. I would highly recommend Di to any Seller. Thanks for all your help; you really went above and beyond what a typical agent would, and we really appreciate it. Thanks, Garry & Lynne
