Di Ewan is a legend agent. She is honest, balanced, realistic and an absolute font of great local knowledge. Great to work with - never a need to follow up for responses - returns calls and messages in short time frame - always reliable. We had to sell our house twice [first time building inspection found hail damage to the roof of which we were not aware - who climbs onto the roof after all]. Six months later - back on the market and sold super quick as Di had identified prospective buyers when she knew it was due back on the market. Very happy with the price achieved and the quick sale. On top of all that Di is an absolute pleasure to work with - professional; personable; reliable, and a terrific human being. You can't go wrong with Di Ewan in your corner, either as a seller or buyer. Di goes way beyond what you expect from a real estate agent. If I could give her 10 stars I would in a heartbeat.
